Returns & Exchanges

At MICAS, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any provided packing slips to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
